Removed parts that aren't used and commented out that print that fills the server console. (keeping them commented incase anyone needs to test something)

* Added a version checker.
* Updated the method to find identifiers to make sure it always uses the license.
* Updated "exitGame" event so it's vulnerable to modders.
* Made code cleaner and optimized a little more.

Separated config into server and client files and moved sensitive information to the server config.
Removed shot spotter, it will be made into a separate resource.
