Subject: [PATCH] fix(client): shorten the dashboard description to one line

At 136 characters the description was the longest on the site by 23, and
the page header caps descriptions at maxWidth 640 — roughly 91 characters
at the header's 14px size — so it wrapped to two lines.

Now 66 characters: 'See every monitor type in one place and spot what
needs attention.' It keeps both halves of what the old wording said, the
breadth and the payoff, without the clause that pushed it over.

Shortened in all 18 other locales too, each kept under the same budget;
the longest translation is now 88 characters.
