Subject: [PATCH] fix(client): give auth pages a stable form width

The login/register form used percentage widths that collapsed to ~15% on wide screens, wrapping the "Forgot password" / "Reset password" links onto two lines. Switch to a fixed 400px max-width that just shrinks below it on small screens.
