docs(readme): fix TOC anchors and refresh Spanish translation

## Anchor fix
GitHub auto-generates anchor IDs from the rendered heading text, so
the English TOC links (#users-guide, #installation, etc.) in the
translated READMEs were broken — the matching anchor IDs only existed
in the English README. Added hidden <a id="..."></a> markers before
each section heading in all 17 READMEs (root + 16 translations) so
the TOC works in every language.

## Spanish refresh
The existing Spanish README was a human translation of an older
revision of the project README — it carried its own Traducciones and
Patrocinadores sections, an outdated demo URL, and a different
feature list. Rewrote it from the current English README structure
while keeping a fluent Spanish tone.
