feat: sync custom http status codes between frontend and backend

- Add standard custom HTTP status codes (Cloudflare, AWS ELB, etc.) to both frontend and backend allowlists.
- Enforce strict validation of custom status codes using Zod sets on both sides, ensuring they match perfectly.
