gorkem-bwl 13b13b6818 i18n: stop clobbering translated hardware description

The previous commit overwrote description.hardware with English in 15
non-English locales. Restore each locale's existing translation; only
the en.json copy carries the new path/Bearer guidance. Translators will
pick up the English text on the next PoEditor sync.
