gorkem-bwl 210e03cea0 fix(client): refine table header divider and typography

- replace heavier per-cell header borders with one lighter row divider
- shrink header text to 11px with looser tracking for a more refined feel
- tighten failed-jobs labels: "Fail count" -> "Count", "Last failed at" -> "Last failed"
