gorkem-bwl 6f988cc688 fix(settings): drop from field from transport JSON preview

The transport JSON preview is strictly for verifying what is handed to
nodemailer.createTransport. The From header is built per-message in
sendMail, so showing it inside the transport JSON was misleading. The
separate From: ... pre block below the JSON is the right place for
that preview.
