qb-input was not returning multiple checkboxes correctly.
The issue was that the returned data was being overwritten by other return values.
example:

Previously, one of the checkbox values would get overridden. The same issue occurred when using .options.
targets now accept event
fixed a check for .action passed to ox fix options
input will now return in qbs format if qb is used (passed as true).. this makes converting qb resources infinitely simpler
Touched up incorrect or missing Intellisense parameter annotations across several functions. Added some missing descriptions to improve editor support. Still more to do, but this is a small step forward for overall developer workflow. Also small fix in picklexp
Aligned folder names with table names for most parts. Temporarily removed unfinished ox_core compatibility. Added missing tables to init.lua, updated manifest to reflect new folder names, and incremented version number.
