MrNewb 48f8122197 Remove cache and batch event libraries, update locales 
Deleted the cache and batch event libraries from the codebase, including all related client, server, and shared files. Removed server-side particle library and associated client event handlers. Updated utility and clothing modules to remove cache dependencies. Improved utility logging and deprecated point functions with notices. Updated all locales to use a consistent 'PurchasedItem' message format and added Bulgarian (bg) translation. Bumped version to 0.13.1 in fxmanifest.

MrNewb 343af95794 Remove example scripts and update core logic 
Deleted all files in the examples directory to clean up unused or test scripts. Updated fxmanifest.lua to enable ox_lib initialization. Improved error handling and entity tracking in utility functions, added prop removal, and made minor localization and code style adjustments throughout the codebase. Significant reword of inventory module, notification module, and framework module. Added support for wasabi_uikit, added support for keep-progressbars,

MrNewb c71a261115 chore(intellisense): improve parameter annotations and add missing comments 
Touched up incorrect or missing Intellisense parameter annotations across several functions. Added some missing descriptions to improve editor support. Still more to do, but this is a small step forward for overall developer workflow. Also small fix in picklexp

MrNewb 6bdee6ad91 Documentation, deprecated old points, removed incomplete clothing bridge. 
Documentation added, deprecated old points, removed incomplete clothing bridge. I migrated the points into the new system and added deprecation notices. Cleaned some white spaces because they made me unhappy. Added GetStreetNameAtCoords as it may be useful to return a string for others. Added support for lb-tablet dispatch alerts (thank you loaf)
