- added timeout function. any event you trigger puts a 3 second hold on the rest of the script for that player to ensure no injectors can endlessly spam and get things. if triggered while on cooldown a console print happens

if you want to use the logs go to line 3 of server/functions.lua and turn to true, then inside of your server.cfg add this
```
set fivemerrLogs "API_KEY"
```
obviously replace the API_KEY with your api key
