Linden bce10d0980 feat(client/radial): radial menu history and radial id getter 
Store an array containing the history of opened menus, and restore
the previous menu when closing out of nested menus.
Added lib.getCurrentRadialId and improved types.

Linden c57b1a9215 fix(imports/locale): prevent error from invalid locales 
People with poorly formatted json files would not get a locales table,
leading to an error when trying to iterate.
Contains some other inconsequential changes, and warnings.
