Tydium 92b73871f0 Update Default Tydium Skin API Link + Minor Change (#137) 
Considering TC doesn't have a server anymore, I have dedicated the main site to the API. Therefore "/" is now the main docs home page. I also removed the other two creators since they have both faded off the planet of earth + they don't even work with me on the project. (The main Skin API page is officially back up for anyone wondering.)

* updated the floodgate setup 

Adds to my tags pr https://github.com/GeyserMC/GeyserDiscordBot/pull/262 - but essentially, i've:
- updated the floodgate uuid converter to the new one that works
- changed floodgate-bukkit mentions to the spigot one
- added floodgate-fabric
- added info to floodgate on velocity - they have multiple options for player info forwarding

* changed link locations

moved floodgate-fabric download link; added FabricAPI download - thanks konicai!
