Update several files

* added to .gitignore ".DS_Store"

* changed commented head in "suggest.js" and "translate.js"

* Removed "AboutMe" due it to being unfunctional and can be set in the Developer Portal

* Removed the icon in "ticket-panel.yml"

* Updated dependencies and changed version to match current
