MrNewb 15e5249927 Add fivemanage log system support 
Introduces a new 'fivemanage' log system option in serverConfig and implements its handler in logs.lua. Also refactors log handler functions for consistency and updates the default LogSystem to 'none'.

MrNewb 63d2f675f6 Buffer and batch Discord log messages 
Introduces a queue and timer to batch log messages before sending them to Discord, reducing the number of HTTP requests. Refactors the built-in log handler to use the new queuing system and improves code consistency. Looks gross but works.

MrNewb 7f14eef82b Refactor logging system and centralize config 
Reworked the logging system to use a unified handler approach supporting built-in, qb, ox_lib, and Fivemerr log systems. Deprecated Logs.Send and Logs.Notify in favor of Logs.CreateLog. Centralized all logging configuration options in serverConfig.lua for easier management and extensibility.

MrNewb 6bdee6ad91 Documentation, deprecated old points, removed incomplete clothing bridge. 
Documentation added, deprecated old points, removed incomplete clothing bridge. I migrated the points into the new system and added deprecation notices. Cleaned some white spaces because they made me unhappy. Added GetStreetNameAtCoords as it may be useful to return a string for others. Added support for lb-tablet dispatch alerts (thank you loaf)
