nd core removed to incomplete bridging, same for ox_core
...
nd_core adoption remains low, same for ox_core. Instead of updating the other bridges easily and going through hoops on these we have decided to abandon the support for them. If someone reads this and wishes to *complete* and pr them back in it is welcomed. Until then they are holding back progress.

Created characterOptions in dialogue. Can be an int (entity) or a table containing { entity = int, offset = vector3, rotationOffset = vector3}

Fixed up dialogue default
...
dialogue now works properly. Still needs some builders. Maybe optionally pass a model and auto create ped, add menu offsets (pos rot) maybe some other stuff.
Added into bridge export table
