* added to .gitignore ".DS_Store"

* changed commented head in "suggest.js" and "translate.js"

* Removed "AboutMe" due it to being unfunctional and can be set in the Developer Portal

* Removed the icon in "ticket-panel.yml"

Whats New?
  - Ability to add as many departments as you need (Don't go to crazy 😂 )
  - Merged Sypher's Translate & UserInfo Addon into Features

  - Add a role automatically when a user joins the server
  - Announce a welcome message with full cusomtization
  - Announce a leave message with full cusomtization
  - Added "ephermal" to majority messages.

Install modules use - npm install
